T. Vincent Consolo is a seasoned trial counsel in the Calabasas office of The Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus. Mr. Consolo started his career on the defense side, working for a prominent California law firm, and in the law department of the nation's larger natural gas distribution utility. After seven years representing corporate America in tort and business disputes, Mr. Consolo switched sides, and joined The Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus, where he was offered the opportunity to fight for the underdog. And he hasn't looked back, taking with him all the strategies and tactics utilized by the defense, and undertaking a plaintiff practice that emphasizes full and just representation of the injured individual.
Mr. Consolo is a tireless advocate, with a sense of purpose in the heat of battle. He utilizes his scientific and technical background to simplify complex issues for a jury and for opposing counsel in contested automobile and industrial accident, and defective product cases. His knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles, combined with his inherent ability to objectively explain, are crucial to his success against the stingiest of defendants.
Mr Consolo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, cum laude, and Minor in Packaging Technologies from the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While in college, he was a member of the Cal Poly Men's Lacrosse team that competed in the 2002 and 2003 National Championship Tournament in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, in Los Angeles.
Mr Consolo is also a member of Epsilon Pi Tau, the leading international honor society devoted to the study of technology. He was invited to join EPT while in college for his exemplary academic record and for meeting his society's professional and leadership performance criteria.
He currently resides in Northridge with his wife Annabelle, and their dog Beans. He plays wood bat baseball with the LA Squires in the Los Angeles Baseball League (LABL), and scores mid-80s in golf.
