T. Vincent Consolo

Associate Counsel, Litigator

Bio

T. Vincent Consolo (“Vinnie”) is a litigator and trial counsel in the Calabasas office of The Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus. He represents victims of personal injury and tort in state and federal courts throughout California.

Vinnie worked in defense firms, and in the general counsel’s office of the nation’s larger natural gas distribution utility. After seven years representing corporate America in tort and business disputes, he switched sides and hasn’t looked back. His training and experience in dealing with insurance companies leads to faster and more numerous settlements, or if a case cannot resolve voluntarily, he’ll have a narrowly-tailored issue for trial or arbitration.

Vinnie has secured $7,000,000 in gross settlements through trial, arbitration, or settlement in cases involving:

  • Car crashes
  • Medical malpractice
  • Railroad accidents
  • Common carrier (bus, van, elevator, and escalator) negligence
  • Premises liability (slip/trip and falls)
  • Dangerous condition of public property
  • Products liability
  • Wrongful death
  • Mold cases
  • Bed bug cases
  • Sports and recreational activity injuries
  • Dog bites and wild animal attacks

A Champion for Victims’ Rights

Vinnie studied Industrial Technology in college and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, and Minor in Packaging Technologies from the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. While in SLO, he played college lacrosse, and he worked at Muzio’s Deli in Downtown SLO.

After college, Vinnie earned his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, in Los Angeles. He was sworn in to practice in 2006 and is in good standing with The State Bar of California.

Vinnie currently resides in Northridge with his wife Annabelle, and their three children, Vincent, Viviana, and Valentina. He used to play wood bat baseball with his buddies on the weekends, but with twins and three kids – 3 and under – he just enjoys a little quiet time. Family, work, and community are important to Vinnie, and he will treat you the same, spending the time necessary to fully understand the facts of your case.
